“Service technician came today to complete an emergency call on our furnace. The first call Michael determined that the thermostat had failed. He replaced it with a temporary thermostat and ordered a replacement. Today he came back to install the permanent thermostat. Along with the insulation Michael explained all the settings and how they work in plain English that I understand.
