I am a repeat customer to Shearer because of Mike! Once again he was excellent! During annual a/c maintenance check, he discovered faulty capacitor. Explained the situation and provided clear estimate (as he always does)! Mike has excellent technical knowledge & skill but he also has strong communication and people skills that build trust/confidence with customers! Shearer will be my go to heating & air company as long as Mike is there! Thank you
