“My call was returned very promptly, and they were available the same day. Chris was very thorough and professional. He checked all my HVAC equipment out, located the problem, and went out of his way to get everything running properly before the end of the day. He explained everything as he went, and answered all of my questions. This was my first service with Shearer’s because my old servicer is no longer in business. I am so glad that the first call I made that day(to a different company) was not returned, because I ended up finding Shearer’s!!! I honestly had better service from them than I have had for over 25 years with 2 different systems and 3 service companies!”

Signed up again for the Silver service. Chris did the checkup this time and he was friendly and quite professional with everything.
Fortunately for us, the furnace and air conditioner were working fine and just a checkup and cleaning was all that was needed.
