The story of Shearer Heating, A/C & Refrigeration began in 1948 when Dick and Eva Shearer set out with a simple goal: to help their neighbors stay comfortable in their homes. Working from humble beginnings, they built the business on honesty, hard work, and genuine care for the people they served. Those early values are still at the heart of everything we do today.

What started as a small, family-run shop has grown into a trusted name throughout Washington, PA, and the Greater Pittsburgh Area. Over the years, the company has passed through multiple generations, each one carrying forward the same dedication to service that Dick and Eva inspired. Today, our team includes 27 talented employees who share a common mission—taking great care of our customers and doing the job right every time.
