“We have been with you for over 25 years and we always have been so appreciative of your service when they come out here and everything they have done during maintenance or when we needed a new air conditioner it’s been amazing and the Customer Service in the past few years has gone down completely and it’s been very upsetting and we’ve only stayed with you because of the service that we get when you come out to maintenance our furnace and air conditioner, but there was a whole year that we didn’t even get service. We never get follow ups to schedule service or reminders and it’s just totally gone down the hill and I just don’t know why I mean I’ve made several complaints in the past especially when we went a whole year without any service that we paid for so I just wanted to share the feedback, but we continue to stay with you because of your technicians and the owners. But have been very, very disappointed, upset with the in office and communication in the past few years”
