“Good afternoon, Jared was very professional…. My only issue is the price for the repair, parts approximately $35 and labor over $280 for a 35 minute fix, when the customer diagnosed the problem from the previous night. I am a member of the maintenance plan. I guess it part of inflation. Thank u.”

“Jared was very professional. He was a very pleasant person very easy to hold a conversation with He knew what he was doing. He addressed the issue and resolved in a short period of time. There were three things going on at the same time. A thermostat issue a short and a control circuit and low on coolant. He tested the system for leakage and found none. The initial installer may have added the coolant during the winter months. This can make it more difficult to fill to the correct amount”
