“Keil came to our home to fix our gas furnace which would come on but turn off after 4-5 minutes without properly raising the temperature. He worked for several hours trouble shooting the issue. During that time he made several calls to more experienced and superior employees. Finally they found out they had a special bulletin on our particular system that required Keli to drill a larger hole To a depth of 1 1/2 inches in a part to help drain water from it. Although tentative about doing so for concern he may ruin the part, he did so bring sure to go only to the proper depth (he put a mark on the drill bit to be sure he only went to that point). He noted that some water leaked out at that point. Eventually the furnace started working correctly. I really appreciated Kiel’s kindness, his statements about wanting to get us heat before he left (even though it was after normal working hours), and his efforts to make calls to more experienced people when everything he could think of didn’t work. I have had at least three employees work on my system in the last 3-4 years and all have been nice people. Thank you Shearer for a job well done! Now I can stay comfortable on the first cold and snowy days of the season!”
