At Shearer Heating . Cooling. Refrigeration we offer a two (2) annual inspection plan to ensure that your equipment is in the best possible condition for the oncoming cooling or heating season. This agreement plan offers a Spring and Fall check-up providing worry free operation, summer and winter. Plus no extra cost for labor and repair parts in event of breakdown.

Preventive Maintenance Inspections, Two (2) Annual
  • Carbon Monoxide Testing
  • Check refrigerant pressures and temps
  • Tighten electrical connections
  • Check voltage and amp draw
  • Oiling and greasing motors
  • Check belts for proper condition and tension
  • Check and clean drainage system within limit
  • Insure that electrical controls are working properly
  • Clean either indoor or outdoor coils
  • Check heating operation including ignition sequence, safety controls and pilot performance
