Fall Furnace Precision Tune-up Heat Pumps - Gas - Oil - Electric  -  Boilers 1.  Electronic Carbon Monoxide Testing 2.  Check Thermostat 3.  Test & Adjust Safety Controls 4.  Inspect & Adjust Burner Efficiency 5.  Clean & Adjust Pilot Assembly 6.  Lubricate Motor Bearings 7.  Inspect Belt & Adjust or Replace as Necessary 8.  Inspect Heat Exchanger & Flue Pipe 9.  Check for Natural Gas Leaks at Furnace 10.  Check Electrical Connections at Furnace Unit 11.  Vacuum Clean Components &     Burners as Necessary
